Market Analysis
Peerless is constantly evaluating the market for online degree programs and working to prioritize the opportunities to pursue. Our approach incorporates traditional market research in combination with direct feedback from our customers. By incorporating the element of direct customer feedback into our analysis, we believe that we are able to gain insight into unique opportunities that might not be apparent in more broadly based market analysis.
Capital Investment
When an opportunity has been identified, Peerless will invest the necessary capital to develop, promote, enroll and operate the program. Our school partners don't need to invest any money on their own, as Peerless is willing to take on the financial risk involved in launching the program.
Course Development
When necessary, Peerless will work with school faculty and administration to develop courses for the programs. Our course development team has extensive experience in building "best in class" online courses for our partners.
Student Recruitment
Student recruitment, more importantly recruiting the RIGHT student, is a critical component to the success of any program and especially important to online programs. Peerless has extensive knowledge of marketing tactics to generate interest and enrollment for the programs. Additionally, by taking the time to place the right students, there will be a higher rate of student persistence and retention of graduation than other online degree programs.
Online Learning Infrastructure
Providing a solid infrastructure to support online learners is a fundamental part of the Peerless Education partnership. The course management system is scalable, reliable and fully supported 24 hours, 7 days a week and 365 days per year so students have the convenience and comfort to study at their leisure.
Faculty Recruitment, Training and Support
Peerless can provide, train and support the necessary faculty for the online programs. If a partner school needs to recruit and train faculty for a program, Peerless has a network of highly qualified instructors who are ready when needed.
Student Concierge
Student outcomes are a direct correlation to the quality and ease of access to support. Peerless offers student concierge in addition to technical support to give students a straightforward and easily accessible way to connect with a concierge agent who will be able to handle the student needs. As the name suggests, the service emulates the concierge service of high end hotels with a goal of maximizing student satisfaction through excellent service.
Retention Services
While all of the services offered by Peerless are valuable, it is likely that none is more valuable than the retention services deployed by the company. Online learning has unique student challenges and needs effective strategies that are focused on the ability to properly prepare, support and intervene in the interest of keeping students in the programs.
